Membership Loyalty System (MLS) provides comprehensive membership and loyalty management, as well as a complete suite of customer relationship management (CRM) system. MLS consists of 3 core modules – Membership Management, Card Management and Membership Portal. MLS supports multiple languages (English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese out-of-the-box and can be extended to other languages) with powerful security model and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) infrastructure for easy integration with other systems via Web Services, e.g. Point-of-Sales (POS) or e-Shop for online business; or Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS) for hospitality industry.
Membership Management
Membership Management is the core of MLS. It provides comprehensive membership and loyalty management with multiple membership cards, accounts, tiers and card types support.
o Each member has one or multiple membership cards and accounts for various marketing activities;
o Configurable membership tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.) with flexible upgrade/downgrade capability and membership card types (Individual, Company, Business Partner, Co-brand, etc.);
o Configurable business rules for loyalty point earning, expiry, aging and redemption;
o Member profile stores all important personal and company information of each member, including account number, membership card number, name, address, email and mobile phone for communication and e-marketing.
o Each member has his/her own spending history, loyalty point, redemption and electronic statement.
o Value and loyalty point transfer (see Membership Portal);
o Support prepaid business model that allows members refilling (top-up) value into the membership account by cash, debit/credit card or online China UnionPay (CUP). The membership card is acting as e-Money for all expenses within the hotel or hotel chain.
o Commission calculation for shops and restaurants if the bills are paid by membership prepaid account;
Card Management
A membership card (bearer or non-bearer) can be associated to each member with full life cycle of card management, including receipt, transfer, issue, re-issue, acknowledgement and termination.
o Receive membership cards into inventory by batch (support multiple warehouses or hotel chain), and generate corresponding card numbers automatically;
o Transfer membership cards from one location (warehouse/hotel) to another by batch;
o Issue membership cards to each individual and associate with membership account;
Membership Portal
Membership Portal is a self-service internet portal for members to manage their account and inquiry.
o Registration allows individuals and/or companies registered as members with any popular web browsers over internet.
o Member can inquire his/her own transaction details within the portal, including expense, refill, loyalty point, redemption, etc.
o Membership account can be topped up (refilled) with real time online China UnionPay (CUP) payment gateway, debit/credit cards and cash.
o Multiple individual accounts can be grouped under a company account, which allows values and points being transferred within the same group.
