Nowadays, it’s a common requirement to attach files and images to Dynamics SL – Solomon records for various purposes, such as eliminating paper search, printing product image, etc.

DatabaseAttach (DA) allows you to attach unlimited number of files, images and URLs to any Dynamics SL – Solomon record and screen. The attachments are stored in SQL Server database instead of file folders, which could be opened by their native applications. It allows you to print images (such as JPEG, TIFF, BMP) from Crystal Reports through Dynamics SL – Solomon ROI (Report Option Interpreter).

Your customers require to print the product images on quotations, sales orders and invoices.	No problem. You can insert (drag-and-drop) the required image field in Crystal Reports as a normal data field, and print through standard Dynamics SL – Solomon process.
You want to attach all supplier invoices and delivery documents to AP vouchers as supporting in order to eliminate searching paper file.	You can attach these supporting documents to corresponding AP voucher by a few mouse clicks.
